SHIPPING

Like all stores, depending where you live our shipping of items can take up to 14 days to arrive after we have fully processed your order ready for delivery! 

Our shipping will also depend on which brand you order from:

 

Bele & Co

Free shipping for all orders in the area of Boroughsburg, New York, and if you order over $100 worth of items your order will be delivered with priority mail due to the number of items if the order or if the items are large such as bassinets, changing tables etc.

 

Kale House

Free shipping on items over $75 worth of items on your order and will be set as high priority as our first orders to be shipped out. Larger orders such as those with furnishings will also be shipped free of charge and the same day.

Shipping methods & prices

We ship by FedEx, DHL, Parcel Force or UPS depending on the size, product weight, and distance. As stated above, free shipping depends on which brand you have ordered from and whether you apply to their offers and your distance. 

Larger items such as furnishings are flat packed to cut on delivery costs and make our process easier when processing and sorting but you can add a note in your order for us to assemble anything that is flat packed and we will send it non-flat packed for you.

RETURNS, DAMAGES & EXCHANGE

A return can be arranged after 30 days of purchase on select items such as clothing, these items must not be worn before returning them to us, you must also make sure the tags and labels are intact as well as the original packaging, you can then either arrange a courier to collect your items to return them to us or you can go to your nearest post office and they will send the items to us where we will process them for a return., refunds will be issued as soon as the items have arrived back at our office but the money can take up to 3 days to appear in your account.

 

We can also do exchanges on select items but this mainly involves clothing items, we can exchange a piece of clothing for another or we can also exchange sizes for you.

 

If your order arrives to you damaged we need photographic evidence of the damages so we can arrange a courier to collect your items as soon as possible. Make sure you have all original packaging and contents of the order and SEAL the packaging, if you fail to do this we will be unable to process the return and file a damage.

If the product is damaged by yourself or a member of your household then we cannot be held accountable for this, therefore you will be unable to claim a damage or return the items.
